1. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, call us within 30 days to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Customers must contact our customer service to obtain RMA number. THE RMA NUMBER THAT YOU RECEIVE MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Packages sent without the RMA number marked on the outside are at risk of being rejected.
2. Return the watch in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other materials that came with the watch.
3. You must pay for shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to insure and we do not receive the watch - the liability is yours.
4. A restocking fee of $10.95 will be charged for all returns to cover our expenses ($5.00 will be added for each additional item returned).
