Horchow Custom Collection merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the merchandise price only; delivery and processing charges will not be refunded. For assistance with a Custom Collection return, please call 1.877.944.9888.
All other unused, undamaged merchandise may be returned within six months of the delivery date for exchange, credit, or full refund. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned might be subject to a reduced refund if not in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening period of time. A pickup fee may apply to returns of large and heavy items.
