We are glad to accept returns on our merchandise. Returns are quick and simple and may take as little as 3-5 minutes over the phone with one of our courteous customer service representatives.
Refund:
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufactures packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the Not Returnable If Removed label is still attached.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Bacario.com, toll-free, at 888-933-4900.
Bacario.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days...
