Return shipping is absolutely free and easy because
Shoes.com provides a pre-paid US Postal Service return
label along with each purchase. If you are not completely
satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for
exchange or refund.
Here's how:
- Detach the Return Form and Pre-paid Return Label from
your packing slip.
- Complete the Return Form attached to your packing slip.
If you are exchanging, indicate the item number, size and
width of the product you are exchanging for.
- Pack your purchase and the Return Form in the original
shipping box.
- Tape the pre-paid Return Label to the outside of the
shipping box.
- Drop off your package at any mailbox or post office. Or,
have your package picked up at your home or the office by
your US mail carrier.
Note:
Worn shoes are not returnable. We do not refund shipping
charges....
