I LOVE nordstrom! they're one of my favorite places to shop and always have great prices. their return policy is awesome too! i am a nordstrom fanatic...i am!

I totally agree with the other reviewer, Annie! Nordstrom carries an amazing selection of products, they really seem to care about their customers, quality labels and their prices are incredible-cannot be beat ANYWHERE!
The first time I ordered from them I was totally sold and now try to buy as much as I can from them. I had to return a pair of shoes shipped directly from the manufacturer. It arrived before the items shipping from Nordstrom. The shoe company sent me their own reciept w/an address of where to return item-to their company and the other was a shipping reciept from Nordstrom to the shoe company.
I paid my credit card bill figuring I would have the $ later. Afer a couple of months, I emailed Nordstrom with an explanation of what happened. Soon after sending it, I recieved an e-mail stating that she appologized for the problem and she said the shoes where never recieved. She had a couple ?;s regarding what the shoe co. had me do and said they never should include the info they gave. Nordstrom's return info is included in all shippments, for my future knowledge. She was very helpful and not suspicious like I didn't return them or something or wanted all this proof.
Finally, what totally shocked me, she said my card, and its not a store cc, had been credited the full ammount.
How many companies have that much trust in their customer and actually treats us that well? I was absolutly shocked! I give them ten thousand stars!

My daughter just loves her bumble bee purse by Dooney, it's the right size for her little hands. She collects purses and this was a good choice for her 3rd birthday.

The Juicy "Leah" shoe is fantastic: beautiful and comfortable. And of course, it came from Nordstrom, the standard of excellence in retail.

I live in South Carolina and we don't have a Nordstrom here, so I browse on-line and it is always a pleasure and fun. I have never been disappointed with my purchases and the quality can't be beat.
