Our return policy is 100%. You may return an item even if you simply do not like it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs.
In order for us to process a return, you must notify us in advance via email or fax within 7 days of receipt at customercare@mydesignerbrands.com . All items must be returned within 30 days of reception of the product. The item returned must be in new unused condition with all tags and original packaging. If the item had a box, the box must be returned. If the item had tissue paper or tabs for support, please return it. If the item had a dust bag, please return it. If the item had a plastic bag, please return it etc. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. No exceptions to this rule will be made for whatever reason.

Buyers beware...Please read their current reviews w/Yahoo merchants...they sponsers their eStore!!!(not for long most likely) They charge your credit card immediately and they won't reverse the charge when they can't deliver the item...They don't have anyone answering the phone and you can't leave a message...They offer phone contact all over the website though..The warehouse is a Postal Plus store and they have NO contact info for them...They didn't reply to many emails...but finally did when I told them that I filed a police report...Please save yourself the trouble/headache and don't shop here...Yes, the prices seem too good to be true...and they are!!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
When I first contacted my designer brands to order the Gucci bag I liked I was answered immediately and everything went so smoothly. The bag arrived and I noticed some flaws in it like:
- 2 black stains on the strap
- the golden rings on the strap were discolored
- both the inner and outer zips were black
- the number on the controllato card was (1234567890)!! this made me doubt that its not authentic and not worth the price I paid for it.
I was expecting the bag to be in perfect condition and it was not so I wanted to return for a full refund. This is when my journey of pain started. I called customer service so many times, no one answers the phone and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. I called the numeber they have for ordering and they say that can't do anything about it except to take a message. No one ever called me back. I finally tried e-mailing them, I sent them 4 e-mails with no response from them. In the final e-mail I threatened to seek legal action. During the same day, all I recieved an answer from them.
I was assured I would recieve a full refund plus the costs of shipping. I was only refunded for the cost of the bag and not the shipping. I sent them 5 e-mails regarding this and objecting with no use!!!

Don't be fooled by all the great things you hear from reading MyDesignerBrand website. I have ordered 2 Gucci items from this company. Within the span of 7 days, I have left a total of 8 messages to them to return my call. The Gucci's are fake. The Gucci logos do not match the real authentic Gucci logos. I took it to Nordstrom to confirm. They wont even return my call.

They might say they are real and authentic, but when I received my order, stitching was very poor and all the leather trims weren't lined at all.
I dont' know how they can get away with this kind of quality and swears that they are authentic.
Very disappointed.

Excellent! I purchased a Gucci bag for my B-day and the delivery was great, I received the purse right away( 2 days) and it was by regular mail.:)...the purse looks awesome and it was in prefect condition. I bought it and after i read the reviews i was afraid that the purse was going to be fake and in bad conditions..and specially that it cost me $500. anyways the bag came with everything and smell 100% leather..I love my new purse....Everybody have different experiences...mine was pretty good.
