I purchased a Marc Jacobs bag from Designer Imports. When I received it I was able to see immediately it was a fake. The stitching and measurements were off. The bag was missing a metal Marc Jacobs tag on the inside. I also verified this information at an authorized dealer. I contacted seller and immediately demanded a full refund, which I'm still hoping to receive. Stay away from this seller, they definately sell knock-offs.

I ordered a Marc Jacobs bag and was very disappointed to find that it was a fake bag-especially since they guarantee authenticiy. I compared the bag to another Marc Jacobs bag that I bought at Saks and immediately noticed that hte stitching, inside suede and outside lather were very different. I then took it to a major department store and they were able to confirm that the was fake. I am hoping that they honor their return policy, however I am still waiting (it has only been about 1 week since I returned the bag) for my refund. I will let you all know if I receive.

I bought a Fendi Spy bag here. While i was scared of the unknown, i'm very excited with my decision to buy from designers imports.
Their professional customer service and politness is great.
I also took the bag in to a Fendi store to authenticated where they approved it as being a real Fendi bag.

They are great. I have purchased 3-4 bags with them in the last 2 years. And they are extremely prompt and response to your inquiry and needs immediately. And I get my orders fast! I tried another company and big mistake - I was not going to get my order in 2 months and the worst customer service. The quality of products is good, pricing is average, customer service is awesome.

I rated this company excellent in several areas. However, my overall review was rated POOR!!! When I had purchased a Fendi wallet for my husband for his birthday, excellent service, shipping etc. With one exception, fraudulant charges started to appear on my credit card!!! When I had contacted customer service, the manager to whom I spoke to became very defensive, instead of apologetic or concerned. In essence, with this computer operation and his response whom even knows if the wallet is real.
